Nair Legal is pleased to announce that our Ashwin Nair has authored the Australian chapter of the recently published International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) – Shipping Law 2025.
The chapter covers several aspects of shipping and maritime law in Australia, including marine casualties, passenger claims, cargo claims, and arrest and security. It also covers related aspects of international arbitration and the still nascent offshore wind regulatory framework.
It provides a concise reference that helps with understanding salient features of the often complex maritime and shipping legal framework in Australia.
We are proud to have Ashwin Nair among the ICLG’s international panel of experts on shipping law, and to have contributed this chapter to the Guide.
